Serving students in grades TK–8, we offer two strong educational pathways: a GATE-focused Academy for advanced, in-person instruction, and a fully supported Home Study program for families seeking flexibility with strong academic guidance.

JCS Mountain Oaks serves students in grades TK–8 and is an excellent option for families seeking a balanced, flexible approach to education that includes both in-person and at-home learning. Our hybrid model is ideal for parents who want their child to attend a physical school while still enjoying the benefits of independent study. Students attend on-campus classes four days a week in a supportive, small-group setting, with one day set aside for learning at home. This structure allows students to experience the consistency of a school community while building independence, confidence, and responsibility through self-directed learning.
