JCS Mountain Oaks is a community of compassionate, innovative, lifelong learners who continually strive for excellence.

We serve students in academy and home study environments in grades TK-8. We offer two strong programs: a GATE-focused academy and a fully supported home study program.

Our aim is to promote an academically rigorous curriculum that values the different interests, learning styles, and abilities of each student.

JCS Mountain Oaks serves grades TK-8 with a target student population for those who have a strong desire to homeschool or would like to participate in a homeschool hybrid and collegiate learning model with a combination of classroom learning opportunities four-days-a-week and one day at home for independent study.
